Established in 1959, the Silver Medal Award recognizes professionals over 40 from Summit, Stark, Portage, Wayne and Mahoning Counties who have made outstanding contributions to advertising and who have been active in furthering the industry’s standards, creative excellence, and responsibility in areas of social concern over the course of their career. This lifetime achievement award in advertising is the highest level of recognition given by AAF-Akron.
