Two AAF-Akron Members Win District ADDYs
AAF-Akron is pleased to announce that two of its members won ADDYs at the Fifth District American Advertising Awards competition, held virtually in mid March.
In the category of Film & Video – Cinematography, Pritt Entertainment Group won a Gold ADDY for its Guardian Rebrand Announcement done for Cleveland Guardians.

In the category of Sales Promotion – Point of Purchase, Natalie Metzgar, a senior at The University of Akron, won a Silver ADDY for her Forbidden Root Menu Redesign.

About the District Five competition
The District Five competition is a second tier of the national American Advertising Awards that annually recognizes and rewards the creative spirit of excellence in the art of advertising. The fifth district represents professional advertising associations and college chapters throughout Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. Gold winners from districts throughout the country are automatically forwarded to the third and final tier, the national stage of the American Advertising Awards. National judging takes place virtually in April, with winners being announced at the annual AAF-National ADMERICA conference to be held in June in Nashville, TN.
